Additional code or ordinance requirements, permit fees, municipal related fees. Heavy floor preparation (basements sometimes have uneven or not smooth concrete slabs, requiring substantial grinding and floor patching in order to achieve a smooth surface ready for installation of flooring).
NOTE: The further the wet bar is from existing plumbing accelerates the wet bar and overall basement renovation cost.
