For liability and continuity reasons, not during the contract. However, homeowners may complete demolition beforehand or install certain finishes after our work is completed.

We can include smaller tasks as part of a remodel, but we do not offer standalone handyman services.

Yes. We provide 3D renderings and walkthroughs when appropriate to help you visualize the transformation.

In some cases, yes. We confirm fixture quality, compatibility, and delivery timelines to ensure they support your project and schedule.

Crews typically arrive between 8–9am and finish around 4–5pm. Work traffic is kept within designated areas, photos are taken at key stages, and daily cleanup is completed before departure.

We provide consistent updates, progress photos, and real-time communication through your preferred method. Group text is typically best for day-to-day updates, while email is used for important documents.

Yes. While the project manager may not be onsite every day, they oversee progress, coordinate trades, and ensure your remodel moves smoothly and efficiently.

Yes. Every trade partner entering your home has passed a full background check.

Yes. A professional cleaning is included for the contracted work area as part of the final walkthrough.

All changes—whether homeowner-requested or due to unforeseen conditions—are documented in a written change order for your review and approval before work proceeds.

Contract

With your address, approximate home age, and a general project description, we can establish a realistic base budget using project benchmarks and our experience with similar homes. This helps ensure early conversations are constructive and aligned before scheduling an in-home visit.

Allowances are funds allocated for items such as faucets, lighting, tile, paint, and other finishes. They start above basic builder-grade and adjust as you finalize selections.

Absolutely. Once the design phase has defined all layouts, selections, and project details, we provide a clear, fixed-price contract with full confidence.
Note: Unforeseen conditions or homeowner-requested changes may arise. These are always documented and approved through a written change order before any additional work proceeds.

Payments are tied to a deposit and then major project milestones. The exact schedule is clearly outlined in your contract.
