The kitchen was expanded to include a built-in refrigerator and a concealed laundry and utility cabinet, complemented by full-height custom cabinetry and a full-slab Taj Mahal quartzite countertop with matching backsplash for a seamless, luxury finish. The living and dining area now centers around a custom built-in fireplace, entertainment center, and integrated mini dry bar, while the stairway was opened with new wood treads, railing, and spindles to bring light and architectural interest throughout the vertical space. Upstairs, a redesigned loft with a custom entertainment center and mini bar, along with a primary suite featuring custom closets, built-in storage, and a matching entertainment center, completes the transformation, all unified by red oak hardwood floors stained in a rich dark walnut.
